Open Call - Altar Hiring Experienced Bartender & Server

Altar is a cocktail bar in Crown Heights, Brooklyn focused on serving innovative craft cocktails in a sophisticated setting. We are looking for a full-time experienced bartender & server (willing to do both) to join our team.

Description of what we are looking for:

At least 2 years experience in a similar cocktail bar setting

Thorough knowledge of classic cocktails

Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits

Speed and ability to handle high volume

Commitment to hospitality and great service

Experience serving food

Keeps a clean work space

Personable and energetic

Proactive – a problem solver

Reliable, punctual

Detail oriented

Passionate about what we are serving

Has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with and be around
