Oracle Cloud ERP Architect/Hybrid Work

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 Procure to Pay, Inventory, Demand Forecasting, Sourcing, warehouse, Self Service Procurement
• 5+ years of Strong techno-functional knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle Cloud ERP
• 3+ years of strong Analytics and KPI experience with Supply Chain using tableau, obiee, ETL etc
• Proven experience to manage and resolve complex functional & technical issues
• Excellent collaboration, communication, presenting and listening skills required
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Provide strong functional & technical expertise and support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements
• Extensively involved in Business process creation and mapping, assist in problem definition and propose /create solutions
• Plays pivotal role design, development, configuration, conversion, testing and deployment of the overall solution
• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, including integrations of Oracle cloud ERP systems and 3rd party software
• Drive data governance and data management, Drive Analytics and KPIs for Supply chain to increase ROI
• Lead and support initiatives to minimize cost, increase ROI, accelerate delivery of high value-added functionality by leveraging out of the box Oracle application or third party solution
• Drive standardization of processes, functionality and data
• Drive evaluation and selection process of emerging software products with ROI and TCO analyses. Recommend tools and obtain buy-in from senior leadership
• Vet all Change Requests and enhancements with IT Implementation teams and coordinate change management
• Major areas of responsibilities includes Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain and finance processes
• Collaborate across multiple domains with IT solution architects to establish architectural guidelines and standards. Promote adherence to compliance and change documentation
• Liaison and be integral part of Materials, Purchasing, Sourcing, IT and Finance teams
