Role Responsibility:

Support strategic projects to successful completion, whether global or regionally oriented, by interacting with teams whose members can represent a wide range of BlackRock functional groups across regions
Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs, and provide developers with functional support.
As a Functional Consultant, work with existing team members to support the ongoing Oracle ecosystem
Applications configuration, testing, research, and troubleshooting, documenting work-around solutions, updating configuration documentation as necessary
Ability to scope and manage complex projects spanning multiple products and IT solutions.
Prepare documentation (solution design documents, configuration workbooks).
Deliver ongoing end-user training for Finance platforms

Critical Skills and Qualities:

10+ years of experience related to Oracle R12 EBS modules. ERP Cloud Financials experience is a plus. 5+ years of experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Asset Management.
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end Oracle Accounts Receivable implementations interacting with functional leads, IT leads, etc. in the gathering of business requirements, performing gap analysis, designing solutions, completing systems configuration, preparing, and executing system training and testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to serve as point person for Client relationship is critical
Financial Services industry experience is preferable
Deep understanding of General Accounting business process
Business unit configurations for global companies to support multiple ledgers across various regulatory requirements and both a decentralized and centralized AR model
Knowledge in setup and calculation of sales/use, GST, and VAT tax for invoices of a large global company with many locations
Knowledge of differences between payables and cash management / treasury management solutions
Knowledge in multi-currency invoicing, payments, and special handling payment
