A Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation or Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in addressing sales planning and sales compensation issues across different business sectors.Qualifications Required
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
Minimum of two (2) years of implementation experience of OIC solutions (i.e. Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion)data models, comp plans, and transaction processing
At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation modules and functionalities
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA)
Preferred
Previous "Big 4" experience
Experience implementing other SPM platforms (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, SAP Commissions, Captivate IQ)
Advanced degree in related specialization area
Strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
