ResponsibilitiesGeneral Purpose:The OD Specialist is a member of a cross-functional team where teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning are the norm.Coordinates class schedules, manages learning management system, and delivers classroom instruction for in-person and virtual technical training under the Learning & Development scope, including Workday platform. Participates in projects and other enterprise-wide training initiatives as requested.Responsibilites:
Coordinates program training schedule, training room reservations, instructor assignments, and Zoom meeting invitations for technical training classes under Learning & Development scope.
Maintains class registration process including session management in the learning management system, communications with participants, attendance tracking, roster, data reporting, and evaluation management.
Serves as a trainer for the Learning & Development technical training team. Performs training and facilitation duties and manages classroom responsibilities related to in-person and virtual instruction. Maintains knowledge of system workflows in keeping with current system upgrades
Provides exceptional customer service in responding to phone calls/emails from registrants and assists with answering program-related questions
Reviews, troubleshoots, and resolves training-specific requests and incidents. Collaborates with stakeholders to share participant feedback and communicate system issues.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in related discipline such as HR or Education required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years of relevant experience in workplace learning required
Or equivalent combination of education and experience required
HR systems technical training experience preferred
Program coordination experience preferred
Experience using Workday platform preferred
Strong attention to detail, ability to develop critical thinking skills, and creative solutions to complex problems required
Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, relationship building, and follow-up skills required
Demonstrates or ability to develop exceptional presentation and public speaking skills required
Strong questioning, listening, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Skilled in using MS Office applications, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems preferred
