Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.

Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.

Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.

Sets-up files and maintains records.

Provides incoming and in-process orientation.

Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.

Provides basic education on HIV and STI prevention (training will be provided).

Works outdoors for face-to-face community engagement.

Drives company vehicle as needed.

Job Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

Fluency in English and Spanish, highly preferred.

Prior experience working with the LGBTQIA+ and MSM population, highly preferred.

Strong Communication skills.

Ability to work some nights and weekends.

Valid NYS Driver's License.
