Overnight Front Office All Rounder

We are seeking a night expert who is dynamic, energetic, a people person who thrives on a busy overnight environment to join our busy Front Office Department as an overnight All Rounder at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour. This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function including reception, concierge, and switch/communications.The role provides excellent opportunities for growth and exposure in Front Office. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic team players who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role the overnight star will:Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detail which will help maintain the hotels standardsAssist the Night Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures
