Part-Time Bar Manager @ Marco's

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Hours: 12-25 hours per week (combination of administrative and floor shifts).

- Part time role with growth for full time + the ability to pick up bartending shifts.

- Ensuring thoughtful customer service.

- Planning and organizing weekly DJs and monthly pop-up events.

- Staffing, including training, scheduling, and coverage coordination.

- Menu development and organization.

- Maintaining A-grade standards of the Department of Health (DOH), must hold a NYC Food Handler Card or actively working towards obtaining one.

- Other responsibilities, such as ordering and inventory management, may be added in the future.
