Part-Time Business Development / Sponsorship Coordinator (Commission)

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a high-reward, flexible opportunity? Victory Pro Wrestling is seeking a passionate, results-oriented Commission-Based Sponsorship Sales Representative to help grow our local partnerships for our live events in Bay Shore, NY.

VPW has been Long Island's premiere wrestling event since 2006, hosting an average of 12 events a year in Centereach, Deer Park, Islip, West Babylon, Ronkonkoma, East Islip, Babylon, Uniondale, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Yonkers, Connecticut, and our home in Bay Shore. We have a dedicated family-friendly fan base and thousands of followers on all our social media accounts.

The Mission

Identify, prospect, and secure new local business sponsorships in the Bay Shore, NY and Great South Bay area.

Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings with business owners and marketing managers.

Present our tiered sponsorship packages ($300, $500, $700) and articulate the value of brand exposure via social media, radio, and live event placement.

Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closing.

Fulfill the sponsor's requirements (e.g., collecting logos, coordinating banner placement).

This is a 100% commission-based role with significant earning potential based on performance.

Proven success in a sales, business development, or cold-calling role is highly preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Must be locally connected or familiar with the business landscape in Bay Shore, Islip, and the Great South Bay area.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.

A passion for professional wrestling or live events is a plus, but not required.
