The Part Time Customer Service Associate will be the face of the company in several ways:

> They may be the first to speak to the client and will be the first impression the client gets of DeepTech.

> They will create tickets for clients and follow up with clients to get clarification and details on existing tickets.

> They are the first person a client will see upon entering the office.

> They will assist clients with ticket inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner.

The customer service associate will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and service issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. They will apply multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation simultaneously. The Customer Service Associate should have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

First in line to take customer calls and detail issues accurately in ticket creation.

Address phone, walk-in, portal, and email customer issues by creation/update of service tickets.

Maintenance of client information, ensuring all key data points are up to date and accurate.

Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

Maintaining confidentiality of information.

Assisting with other office duties as needed
