Part-Time Graphic Designer for a Trade Magazine

An online trade publication catering to lawyers is looking to hire an intermediate-level graphic designer for a part-time (4 hours a day) role in its South Brooklyn office. No remote work being offered.

The publication sells electronic badges and physical plaques to lawyers and law firms. The main work responsibilities include personalizing/customizing customers' electronic badges and digital proofs for physical plaques. Both assignments are currently performed in a semi-automated mode using Adobe Photoshop actions.

An ideal candidate is someone who:

Has a strong command of Adobe Photoshop, including Photoshop actions, and Adobe Illustrator.

Has daily availability to work 4+ hours (Monday-Friday). The right candidate may eventually be offered a full-time role.

Comfortable working with predesigned templates and image automation.

Creative, yet disciplined enough to stick to an established protocol and delivery schedule.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Resides in close proximity to South Brooklyn.
