Part Time Property Manager

We are a local real estate management company serving the Greater Binghamton area, currently managing over 50 rental units and continuing to grow. We're seeking a reliable, experienced handyman to assist with routine maintenance and tenant repair needs across our properties.

Position Details:

Type: Part-time (15–20 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible – we will work with you to set a consistent weekly schedule

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

Experience Required In:

Minor plumbing (including operation of an electric plumbing snake)

Minor electrical repairs

Basic hot water heater troubleshooting

Lock replacement

Hanging doors

Painting and touch ups

Additional Info:

We’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and skilled in general home maintenance. You’ll be working across multiple residential properties, handling everyday repair tasks to keep our units in great condition for tenants.
