Part time/Full time bookkeeper Needed

Manufacturing Woodworking company in Brewster, NY needs a part-time full-service bookkeeper with knowledge of Quickbooks online to work in our office for a few hours every week.

Duties include:

1. preparing a monthly client Statement

2. preparing our Bank account balance summary

3. maintaining our financial records

4. preparing communications to IRS and NYS when due.
