Parts Manager/ Production

Elmwood Collision is seeking a professional motivated organized person to keep production moving smoothly and efficiently. PARTS are what's needed to accomplish this. You will have office staff to assist you with this position and also have excellent techs to complete repairs. Simply direct them what you want them to do. Responsible for assisting estimator and techs with having the correct parts necessary to complete the repairs and distributing repair jobs to techs and monitoring progress and quality control. Must be resourceful in finding parts and paying the lowest price possible. Keep track of additional parts needed to complete repair and supplement insurance company or customer. Responsible for following the vehicle’s progress throughout the repair process. keeping the customers updated and all files up to date with notes. Must have leadership skills and be direct. Stop in and drop off resume to Mike Experience is 100% Necessary. Pay commensurate to skill level and performance. If you are a superstar in the field you'll be rewarded accordingly.
