Patient Advocate

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contractors to accompany Plaintiffs to their Insurance Medical Exams. The appointments take place throughout the Tri-State Area.

Responsibilities:

- Meet the Plaintiff at the appointment location;

- Make a detailed hand-written record of the appointment;

- Create a computerized report of the exam;

- Submit the report in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills;

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite;

- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities;

- High school diploma or higher;

- Has a car, not required but a big plus;

- Fluent in Spanish, Russian, Bengali, Punjabi, Cantonese, Korean, Creole, Portuguese; not required but a huge plus
