Payroll Specialist for Rapidly Growing Hospitality Group (Remote)

Rapidly expanding New York based hospitality company is looking for up to 2 payroll specialists in order to compile and process payroll on a weekly basis for employees in New York, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico

This role has grown too large for one person, so we're hiring 2 part time employees so we can scale and grow as we plan to double in size in 18 months.

This is a remote role.

-Assist Controller with weekly payroll tasks. Approximately 27 locations with 10 employees in each location. Mostly tipped hourly workers with some salaried employees as well.

- Compile tip sheets for each venue on a weekly basis to determine tip pool allocation

- Enter and review payroll each week with managers and Controller

- Create invoices for partner venues and emailing them out.

- Manage incoming invoices for Accounts Payable via email.

Prior Payroll experience is a requirement. Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a very data entry and detail oriented position.

Payroll is entered using ADP Run, ADP Workforce Now, and Heartland Payroll.

Experience with Restaurant365 is preferred.
