Position Description/Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

Mandatory Qualifications:   • Must have a minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience in working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across HCM modules aria-hidden="true" • Working experience and understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications (v 9.2 PUM 39 with fluid aria-hidden="true" and Drop Zone technologies) and PeopleSoft Tools (v 8.59) aria-hidden="true" • Must have Implementation, design and customization experience for PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits aria-hidden="true" Administration, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation, etc. aria-hidden="true" • Experience in customizing COBOL stored procedures aria-hidden="true" • Programming experience using SQL server, aria-hidden="true" • Experience in creating/modifying data conversion scripts. aria-hidden="true" • Must be Proficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data. aria-hidden="true" • Experience developing complex interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems aria-hidden="true" • Strong knowledge of STAT Tool, Oracle, and SQL Server aria-hidden="true" • Strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation and documenting the impact aria-hidden="true" on the system overall) aria-hidden="true" • Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

Desired Qualifications:    Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools, such as VISTA Plus, LRS products etc. aria-hidden="true" • Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementations aria-hidden="true" • Experience working within a matrix environment. aria-hidden="true" • Certified in Oracle aria-hidden="true" • CA Scheduler Tool aria-hidden="true" • Experience integrating PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway seamlessly with NYC Job Portals like aria-hidden="true" DOIIT. aria-hidden="true" • Preferred Knowledge Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits aria-hidden="true" Administration, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Position aria-hidden="true" management, etc. aria-hidden="true" Education: aria-hidden="true" Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required
