Role: Onshore Peoplesoft HCM Senior Tester Location: New York - NY Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Peoplesoft HCM Application Functional Tester Roles & Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering , Discussion with SME, Test Strategy, Test Plan ,Test Design, Execution and Reporting. Hands on 8 plus year of experience in Peoplesoft HCM and ERP application. Good Communication skills and stakeholder management . Should be able to Plan, Strategize , Design and execute Independent worker who can bring in thought process to QA delivery Should create value to the customer in Functional and automation. Work with program team queries on short notice and also work closley with Cognizant offshore team.
