Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing (Level 1)
- Help at mealtime, serving, cleaning up
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behaviorRequirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
