Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver

Seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide through PPL to provide personal care and assistance to a senior woman in their private home. Ideal candidate would support the client’s physical needs, and ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Currently offering 10-16 hours a week with flexibility.

Duties:

Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, and dressing) and toileting.

Assist with meals, and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.

Ability to assist with transfers (under 100 lbs) in and out of a wheelchair, bed, recliner, and shower chair.

Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and first aid procedures is highly desirable. Certification in CPR/First Aid is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with client and their family.

Reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Expected hours:

10 – 16 hours per week.
