Description We are in search of a PI Paralegal to join our team in Garden City, New York. As a PI Paralegal, you will be tasked with supporting our team by managing case files, drafting legal documents, and ensuring all filings are completed in a timely manner. This role involves working closely with our team of attorneys and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle case management software efficiently to organize and track case progress. Draft subpoenas and other legal documents as required. Manage calendars to keep track of important deadlines and court dates. Ensure all court filings are completed accurately and within the stipulated time frame. Order and maintain accurate medical records for each case. Apply legal knowledge to support the team in case preparation and during trials. Prepare briefing materials as needed for case review. Monitor case progress and take appropriate action when necessary.
