Our client is a mid-size insurance agency (Located in Nassau County, Long Island, near the Coliseum). They are a fast growing company that installs a vibrant family atmosphere culture and provides a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers.
This is a fully remote opportunity.
The Position: Personal Lines Account Manager Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Maintain all policies (new, renewal, changes, binders, etc.)
- Provide Endorsement quotes in an accurate / timely basis
- Refer all other quote requirements to the Quote Team
- Provide the best price and protection for all clients.
- Process all new business, renewal business, etc. in personal lines department in a timely manner.
- Receive calls from customers and provide them timely answers to all questions they might have.
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent relevant experience strongly preferred
- New York State Property & Casualty Insurance Agent/Broker’s License is required for this position
- 3 + years of professional personal lines customer service experience in an agency or brokerage environment
- Knowledge of Auto and Homeowners insurance products and services
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC Management System experience strongly preferred
- Strong and professional phone skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and set priorities
- Effective collaborator – enjoy working in a team environment
