PAY AND PERKS

At Dekatherm, we believe in recognizing the value of our employees. As a full-time Pipe Fitter, you can expect a highly competitive pay range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (non-prevailing rate) and $42.01 wage + $26.90 fringe prevailing wage jobs, along with a $3,000 sign on bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid sick days and holidays, and a 401k plan. In addition, our employees enjoy profit sharing and per diem benefits, making this position even more rewarding.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

As a Pipe Fitter, you will:

Install gas meters and related piping to existing HVAC systems

Perform installations following company policies and procedures

Ensure proper connection of gas lines to customer equipment

Verify all customer equipment is operating properly before and after installation is complete

Provide necessary support to other team members to complete tasks on time

Perform the job with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications:

Clean, valid driver's license

Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC service or installation experience

Great work ethic with a can-do attitude

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
