Pipefitter / Plumber Journeyman Needed - $59hr

Looking for a skilled Pipefitter / Plumber with a minimum of FIVE or more years of experience. Candidates without 5+ years wont be considered. Commercial or Industrial Pipefitting / Plumbing experience will be considered. This is Prevailing Wage work.

Experienced in installs, assembles, fabricating, maintaining and repairs of mechanical piping systems. Experience in industrial/commercial piping and heating/cooling systems. Knowledge of working with pipe under high pressure, work with metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloy metalsprecise cutting, threading, grooving, bending and welding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pipe-fitting of threaded and welded steel and stainless steel piping, copper and ac piping, plastic piping, solder and brazing.

Working with all related pipe-fitting tools

Layout of pipe and pipe hangers

Working closely with project managers and coworkers to achieve successful completion of work.

Read and understand plans.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with large commercial and industrial installations

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Attention to detail. Must be able to finish a job 100%
