Pizza Baker/Chef/ Potential partnership

I am looking for an experienced pizza baker/chef who might be interested in future ownership. I stress that experience is required. We want a detail oriented, conscientious person with a strong work ethic. We are opened seven days per week from 9am till 8pm and weekend and holiday work is required. The rest is negotiable.
