Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Planning Leader(s) in the administration and movement of work and materials throughout the manufacturing facility. Ensure that all corresponding information transactions are accurate and timely.

Specific responsibilities:

  • TRACKING: Update & maintain electronic line of balance spread sheets (LOB’s)
  • SCHEDULING: Communicate production priorities to assigned process areas via established standards
  • RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY: Monitor critical direct material demand and coordinate replenishment quantities to the process area(s)
  • INVENTORY ACCURACY: Conduct physical inventory counts of both hardware and direct material
  • TRANSPORT: Coordinate movement of in-process work to/from shared service process areas on-time

Qualifications

Job qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability
  • Computer spread sheet experience (i.e. MS Excel)
  • This role requires sitting, walking, standing, and lifting (within Safety guidelines)
  • Logic-based/ transactional mindset
  • High level of organization and self-discipline
