Point of Sale(LEAD)

Major apparel co in NYC- This is a hybrid position- MUST have exp with retail POS systems -strong preference for Cegid Y2. Exp with application release schedules, user testing, and project mgmt. Previous exp working on an appl. development team(internal or external) Exp with applications data exchange interfaces. Exp with SQL server is preferred. Project coordination skills . Exp in opening new stores from a technology standpoint. Problem solving. Manage retail applications and related environment. Assist an IT Project Mgr in planning and execution of New Store openings. Support review of CEGID application framework and data interfaces Support retail, corporate and special sale retaill operations(POS and payment systems)Develop training concepts and user documentation for the CEGID Y2 suite for end users.
