This Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis project manager role provides governance and control support and insight for the CCAR Stress Testing process at Citi. The role works in a team that interacts closely with each line of business finance unit in Citi to manage the PPNR process through calendar management and adhering to firm-wide policies and controls. Through this process, the team facilitates the stress testing projections, which are used for the regulatory Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review process (CCAR). Deliverables involve, but are not limited to, semi-annual forecasts and downside scenario generation, metrics reporting, ad-hoc analysis and presentations for PPNR Senior Governance Group, regulators, Board of Directors, and senior stakeholders. The work involves a mix of analytics, forecasting governance, calendar management and process improvement work as part of the quarterly cycles. A critical component of the role is to manage the PPNR CCAR calendar, management control assessment (MCA) and process flows, including governance related items associated with the PPNR Senior Governance Group.Responsibilities:Develop analytics and analytical tools to help drive understanding of key metrics by the businesses and senior management, as well as to support the execution of the CCAR process.

Create and maintain metrics on controls and operational CCAR PPNR processes

Evaluate and review firm-wide policies to ensure PPNR workstream is in adherence.

Evaluate and review PPNR alignment with capital planning group’s CCAR calendar

Coordinate with key stakeholders within Central PPNR and each line of business finance unit to manage the PPNR calendar and dependences within the book of work.

Coordinate FP&A activities for CCAR, including liaising with global Finance business units, Risk and Treasury; the ability to build partnerships is very important

Develop presentations and analysis of processes for the PPNR Senior Governance Group

Support external and internal audits of the PPNR process and results

Change agent mentality and ability to work as part of a broader team are very important; identifying gaps and streamlining processes are primary elements of the role

Be a very quick learner, ready to dive in to details, gain good business knowledge of all Citi businesses, and become a PPNR expert/ go-to contact

Qualifications:Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant finance/business/accounting/operational experience in financial services

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline

Strong working knowledge of Excel and powerpoint is required.

Good working knowledge of RUBY system is a plus.

Ability to translate information into meaningful analysis and presentations

Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a balance of discretion
