The Role As a Principal, Business Process Manager - you will be responsible for presenting high risk changes on the Significant Event Call to senior management. You will lead the network local CAB and review the risk of changes and the impact to production. You-ll review network policies and procedures create and design new policy and procedures and enforce policy and procedures to help keep the production network operational and stable for our internal and external customers at BNY Mellon. As part of Network Governance, you will work closely with key stakeholders to help identify any gaps in their organizations that can be strengthened. Our team manages the Network and TSG Change Management and Network Governance globally for BNY Mellon. Change Management is a crucial part of ensuring stability for our internal and external customers at BNY Mellon. We also identify, create, and enforce network policies as part of our network governance role. This function also ensure stability for our internal and external customers at BNY Mellon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host the network and TSG change management local CABs
  • Network Process design, modification, and implementation; Network Governance
  • Metric driven solutions

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 10-12 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management Strong communication skills with presenting to executive level management Ability to manage by metrics, evaluating performance and opportunities for improvement through metrics metrics. Apply analytical skills for continues improvement of processes and implement solution addressing risk and concerns. Strong Process design, development and implementation skills Preferred: ITIL certified Service Now Experience Experience in networking and network management tools Self starter and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
