The Procurement Analyst position works closely with the Strategic Sourcing, and Purchase Planning teams to maintain and execute business priorities.

Monitor and execute tactical and strategic initiatives to support VAVE, NPD, and procurement efforts.

Prepare and evaluate comprehensive RFP packages, working closely with Strategic Sourcing to align with commodity strategies.

Make recommendations in support of sourcing decisions based upon QCD metrics.

Monitor supplier PPV and pricing compliance with fixed price and cost-plus contracts, and the development of cost analytic reports.

Assist in the development of negotiation strategies using data analytics to support cost productivity and other strategic initiatives.

Create and maintain pricing info records and source lists in SAP.

Drive price reconciliation efforts from invoice discrepancies as needed.

Within Strategic Sourcing Guidance develop SAP based Supplier Contracts and scheduling agreements, synchronized with exiting SAP master Data.

Submit purchase orders as required to support procurement activities.

Assist in preparing total quality reporting including supplier score cards.

Prepare documents and reports using data analytics to support internal reporting metrics. Gather and maintain supplier specific risk related metrics and mitigation plans. Assist the Buyers, Planners and Commodity Managers with special projects and other duties as required.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who overcomes obstacles to achieve results. Must possess professional oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externally with supply chain partners. Strong technical skills, familiarity with global sourcing and data analytics is required. Excellent planning, project management, and interpersonal skills are also a must. This position is available in our Greene, New York and Syracuse, New York locations. About the schedule: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. About you:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

2 or more years of experience is preferred (internships included).

About the total compensation package:

Salary - Salaries ranging from $56,600 - $72,600 per year

Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
