An entertainment organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Product Manager for a promising Remote position with their growing staff. In this role, the Product Manager (Remote) will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing business requirements, wireframing, defining product vision, and working closely with multiple teams and vendors to ensure business goals are met.

Responsibilities: The Product Manager (Remote) will:
  • Establish strong working relationships with diverse teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Support
  • Manage Mobile/OTT Partnerships (Apple/Android) and Internal Sales team to understand and document workflows, gather use cases, and formulate user stories towards enhancing platform capabilities and operational productivity
  • Manage the product backlog and collaborate in the sprint development process from planning to release, including prioritization, backlog grooming, stand ups, user acceptance testing (UAT), and retrospectives
  • Ensure features seamlessly integrate and scale with existing and upcoming initiatives
  • Prioritize and manage day-to-day production operations of incremental improvements
  • Manage the workflows to support and maintain app features, scheduling, curation, metrics, metadata and customer experience across mobile, desktop, tablet experiences and systems
  • Drive change management through demos, training sessions, documentation, and configuration support
  • Define, monitor, and communicate key success metrics on a regular basis, for continued iteration on apps and platform tools
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience (conceptualizing, defining, and delivering products)
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and successful delivery of projects on schedule
  • Knowledge/experience with established platforms/partners and competitive landscape of Mobile services
  • Passion for TV and deep understanding for VOD industry
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and App Store management (Apple, Google, Amazon etc.)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
