Product Support Specialist

Description We are looking to bring on board a Product Support Specialist in WAPPINGERS FALLS, New York. This role is a short term contract opportunity in our dynamic team. The primary function of this role is to manage various projects and ensure customer success within the industry. Responsibilities: Deliver project objectives within the agreed constraints on cost, quality, and schedule Execute the project management process according to the best practice Project Management frameworks and methodologies Define clear project goals, deliverables, and roles for the complete scope of all implementations Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and timely implementations Provide clear and accurate reporting on the project status to stakeholders Plan and drive the right level of planning for all parts of the project Maintain control, predictability, and quality in all implementations Make recommendations on configuration for rapid adoption Utilize skills in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, and Data Mapping for effective execution of responsibilities. Requirements Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or product-oriented environment. Strong skills in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, and Data Mapping. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data analysis tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being a team player. A strong commitment to customer service and product quality.
