- Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in working in L2 support role in application production support projects
- In depth operating system and database technologies including Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Plus and Shell Scripting
- Experience of using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Control-M and Geneos
- Experience in writing SQL queries, debugging Unix shell scripts, analyzing stored procedures and relating database tables
- Experience in troubleshooting by investigating the application and server log files, co-relating the events and deep diving the issues causes
- Experience in handling of major Incidents and identifying the root Create problem records and perform root cause analysis
- Experience in analyzing problems, both business process and technology related, and to resolve them by implementing actionable solutions
- Experience in assessing the business and technical impact and prioritizing the resolution of issues
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Experience in building alerting and monitoring system to eliminate the manual monitoring
- Knowledge of Informatica and Microservices will be an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of Investment Banking domain will be useful
- In depth experience in ITSM, Project Management and should be ITIL Certified
