Production Support EngineerNYCJob Description:• Perform all phases of production issue remediation including intake, documentation, tracking, communication, triage, analysis, testing and implementation.• Identify issue patterns and develop tactical solutions to address those patterns holistically.• Analyze and enhance applications for performance and scalability optimization.• Conduct system tests for security , performance and availability in the production environment.• Experience in at least one of these languages .Net, Java and JavaScript (React/Angular) and databases such as SQL, MongoDB and Datalake.• Working experience of release deployments tools such as GITLab, Jenkins, Conduction2, code-scan and sonar.• Knowledge of log aggregation tools such as Splunk, Grafana and AppDynamics.• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
