Provide timely feedback on concerns with quality or other issues to leadership.Communicate file issues and other concerns to all teams (including but not limited to; Print, QA, Production, Client Services and Systems). Communications should be professional and well written. Follow ups are required to ensure client SLAs are met.Work with Leaders to ensure new products/clients are properly tested.
