    Position can be remote/virtual within Vermont or New York State.

    The Dynamics Business Analyst is responsible for strategic project management and business analysis for enterprise priorities that align to the Dynamics roadmap. This role is responsible for effective planning and facilitation of discovery sessions or workshops to understand business strategy/ goals and objectives in order to translate into CRM requirements to enable the successful implementation, utilization, and adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

    To do so, this individual will work closely with the Dynamics Enablement and Dynamics Implementation teams, and across business partners, teams, and stakeholders. In addition, this role will be responsible for project monitoring, risk mitigation, project communication plans, and status reporting, while having the necessary attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet the needs of the business.

    Position Qualifications:

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

    Minimum Experience:

    • 5-7 years of professional experience in a multi-disciplined setting, preferably in health care or other consumer-focused business
    • Prior experience with leading/ facilitating cross-functional teams
    • Prior project management and business analysis experience strongly preferred
    • Experience and/or understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics platform preferred
    • Experience with or exposure to Predictive Index, Lean and Agile/ Scrum preferred
    • Analytics/ data-driven background preferred
    Required Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate meetings, effectively lead
    • Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically within the organization
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
    • Strong results oriented team player with an eagerness for driving cross functional collaboration
    • Skilled in decision making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation
    • Experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Suite required
    • Ability to tolerate stress in a fast-paced environment
