We're transforming customer experiences, simplifying the ways we do business, and driving toward product excellence.As an Executive Director Program Management Leader in the Commerce Payments organization, you will create the program management office responsible for the adoption and usage of a new payment experience for customers across the Chase digital payment and commerce experiences. We're looking for someone who is customer obsessed, has a strong passion to lead "start-up" efforts in large companies, and a desire to be on the forefront of digital payments and technology. As a leader on the team, you will be responsible for the full product development lifecycle, defining and shipping a product end-to-end to 60 million+ customers.Job responsibilities:

Lead the Program Management Office for a new Commerce Payments Product

Lead and develop a team of program managers and product delivery managers; foster an environment of great team culture and deep partnership with the product team

Define and implement the operating model for the product team and program management office

Communicate product portfolio's progress and escalate risks to all stakeholders through executive level meetings and reporting

Drive dependency management from partner teams and lead on-going forums to ensure completion of product delivery and product adoption across the company

Partner closely with Product, Technology, Design, Analytics and other partner teams across the organization to facilitate product development efforts

Manage agility health metrics for the team and ensure accurate data capture into systems of record (e.g. JIRA Align, Product Agility Tool). Partner with Agility Office to scale best practices within the portfolio.

Maintain deep knowledge of product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical implementation, operations, and status. Identify opportunities to amplify our work across the organization and drive partnerships

Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

15+ years of experience in financial services, program management and/or product development

Expert in managing complex programs, driving change within large, highly matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders

Expert on change and operational readiness

Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to lead teams

Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution

Outstanding verbal and written communication

Proven track record of managing risk and controls

Bachelors or Masters in Business Management or comparable field of study
