Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the entire program, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress against key milestones for regulatory-compliant digital post-trade infrastructure for financial institutions to issue electronic securities. D7 new platform will enable the end-to-end processing of the entire life cycle of digital securities. Prepare, support and manage frequent discussions and outreach initiatives with BaFin, CSSF and other authorities with regards to the D7 digital post-trade platform and dematerialized issuance.

Key Skills:o Program Management skills like

Project Planning, Scheduling, Coordination, Metrics Reporting, Change Management,

Escalation Management.o Good

Capital Market knowledge, provide analysis within set deadlines and budget for projects, analyzing existing services and designing future features, related to Investment Funds such as

Order routing, Settlement, Trailer fees, Corporate Actions, Custody, Fund Transfer, Regulatory Reporting, and Billing.o Track regulatory and

policy developments in digital assets,

dematerialized issuances, blockchain, DLT, stablecoins, smart contracts and provide management with strategy recommendations on opportunities and risks.o Understanding the functional aspect of the regulatory experience in

Electronic Securities and Post Trade space and

regulatory compliance framework/ regime like - EU Regions and Support, EU Regions and Support with Sovereignty Controls, GDPR, European Union’s Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), MiFID II, Basel III, German Banking Act (KWG etc.o Collect, manage and maintain

traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.o Collaborate closely with

different stakeholders - engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.o Knowledge of

LEAN, Six Sigma,

PRINCE2 or other quality related methods.o Experience using project support tools such as

Jira / MS Project, MS Visio etc. is an asset.o Good understanding of

SOA or microservices architecture, Hands on with API testing tools.o Strong knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Experience in Agile project implementations.o Preparation of a risk and failure analysis and risk prevention plan.o Good knowledge of any

Cloud data platform (preferably Google Cloud Platform).

Soft Skills:o Excellent English communication both written and verbal.o Should be extremely good at internal and external stakeholder management.o Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication, and proven leadership skills - with the ability to lead.

Nice to have:o Knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts and Design Patterns, Good exposure to Design principles & Patterns, Domain Driven Design, event-base design and Microservices architecture and best practices.o A solid understanding of Blockchain foundations, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and public chains.o Skilled in programming languages, like Go, Java, or NodeJS.o Knowledge in event sourcing design and JMS based application framework (Kafka/Redis/IBM MQ/Solace).
