Job DescriptionProgram Manager - Digital Health Exciting Opportunity at MSK Do you thrive at the potential of leading and overseeing large complex programs and initiatives? Are you passionate about the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team. We're seeking a Program Manager, Digital Health to join us in our fight against cancer. In this role, you will support digital and AI partnerships between MSK and digital health companies, focused on developing and commercializing novel digital technologies and solutions for cancer care and cancer research. Role Overview:

Develop, scale, and run digital collaborations in programs such AI powered data curation, MSK Data Hub (Digital Sandbox) ensuring they are in sync with divisional and institutional strategy and priorities.

Work with marketing to develop public facing collateral to share information on MSK’s digital technology with wide set of potential partners.

Ensure program objectives are met on time and in-full by managing the development and execution of cross-functional plans.

Proactively identify and manage execution risks while also addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise.

Bridge the gap between the development and implementation of programs and program elements, including proactive identification of continuous improvement opportunities.

Communicate, interact, and influence a diverse internal and external audiences.

Managing existing and the pipeline of clinical research related partnerships, including tracking milestone and reporting obligations.

Work with data owners to respond to external queries, and work with DigiTs to advance initiatives through the governance steps to make data accessible for partnership.

Serve as a mentor to our team of professionals.

Key Qualifications:

Successfully managed complex cross-functional projects, programs, and initiatives with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Built and launched digital health products or meaningful familiarity with how technology products are developed and commercialized.

Excellent written and communication skills

Outstanding relationship-building skills

Core Skills:

Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience conducting meetings and delivering presentations.

Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the organization.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Health - Business Development & Licensing

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days weekly onsite

Pay Range $98,500 - $157,600
