4+ months (Possibility Of Conversion to FTE) Seeking an experienced program manager who is passionate about driving product outcomes with world class developers & creators on emerging technologies (e.g Spark AR).You will work to continuously grow, scale and optimize programs to improve and drive product goals in alignment with product teams via our ecosystem of experienced developers & creators. You will support existing and new product portfolios based on Platform Partnerships and Program goals, and while proactively monitoring dashboards and trackers to ensure strong adherence to product goals. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships teams to support this community of developers & creators.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute developer programs based on the priorities and roadmap of developer products, tools, technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business development, partnerships, legal and marketing to launch and execute developer outreach programs based on product priorities.
  • Establish qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance against product goals & aggregate feedback.
  • Own key day-to-day partnerships, relationships & operations for identified & assigned opportunities.
  • Identify and share outstanding creator/developer best practices and case studies to support our product and program goals.
  • Help support broader strategic product & programs initiatives for creators & developers.
  • Track retention and performance of developers & creators and represent the voice of creators & developers to cross-functional and leadership teams
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.
  • 2+ years experience in engaging with a global developer or creator community both online and offline.
  • Software development experience. Working with technologies is a plus.
  • 4+ years experience in product strategy, developer advocacy or equivalent work experience in product organization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.

  • Experience with defining, developing and leading large scale programs or products in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills — with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside
  • Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
  • Experience working independently in dynamic environments and a track record of taking initiative on groundbreaking projects
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
