- 12+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
- Project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
- Must have experience in Investment Management (Very Strong).
- Certified Scrum Master with experience managing large global programs
- Experience in successfully managing and delivering 2+ Transfer Agency and Fund Distribution implementation data programs for Asset / Investment Managers
- Minimum 5+ years for experience for managing global IT implementation programs for an Asset / Investment Managers
- Demonstrate Asset / Investment Management domain and functional understanding
- Knowledge on PM tools (Clarity /JIRA /MSP), SharePoint, Estimation techniques etc.,
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology is critical

- Ability to interact with senior executives at all levels
