Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

Description:Manager is looking for articulate college student or recent grad with strong excel, clear judgement and reasoning skills, who wants to work.

People Strategy & Communications Part-Time Intern – 20 hours/week• Responsibilities:• Advance organization and people strategy goals by assisting with administration, communications, and employee engagement for Markets Technology.• Help with planning and logistics of events and taking minutes in bi-weekly calls, as necessary.• Manage calendars and coordinate in-person and virtual events with the Global Event Production team.• Utilize tools such as Excel to provide strong reporting that demonstrates impact and progress toward strategic goals and key business milestones.• Maintain communication and brand standards and procedures.• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bankgroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:• Experience working in one or more of the following functions: communications, diversity & inclusion, talent and organizational development, or business administration.• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Communications or marketing experience preferred.• Experience with databases and information management.• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Education• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program.• Must be 18 years of age.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
