Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Coordinator/Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in New York, NY (hybrid 2 days a week). Responsibilities :

  • Provide end to end support with the management of IA requirements and deliverables
  • Maintain the IA Review Master List of requirements and deliverables to ensure all requests and deliverables are logged and accounted for capturing evidence submitted, ownership and key dates.
  • Fielding out /requesting IA Deliverable documentation and/or evidence from appropriate source/owner.
  • Collect and QC documentation and/or evidence received to ensure appropriateness. Follow up when needed.
  • Create/compile the IA Deliverable documentation and/or evidence when not readily available.
  • Submit IA Deliverable documentation and/or evidence by the 48 hour turnaround timeframe.
  • Log and save all submitted IA Deliverable documentation and/or evidence to the central 'Consumer ORM IA Library' as supporting evidence of meeting requirement.
  • Organize and build out the 'Consumer ORM IA Library' in a tree structure with a system of folders to keep the IA Deliverables organized, separated and accounted for. Assist in maintaining the restricted access (creating/updating access groups)
  • Obtain access to key systems (iCAPS, CR&C, SharePoint sites etc. to collect and run reports to format raw information into accurate and presentable analyses.
  • Prepare clear, concise decks creating design, tables and charts.
  • Prepare clear, concise responses to IA queries, challenges and/or findings.
  • Take notes, takeaway requirements/due dates assigned to Consumer ORM
  • Creation of process maps aligned to the Consumer ORM Procedures
  • Assist with the revision of the Consumer ORM Procedures to maintain alignment with several recent Global ORM Policy, Standards and Procedure updates.
  • Assist with the execution of the Consumer ORM Procedure controls around integrity, versioning, audit log, bulletin drafting and circulation of new releases.
Required Skills :
  • Strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, Collaboration with all levels of Management, well developed skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Internal Audits and Operational Risk
  • Working with SharePoint
