What will you be doing?SAP experience would be ideal, along with Microsoft Office.
Background in the construction industry would be great as well given the terminology that would be needed.
Coordinate's activities of operations to ensure that goals and objectives of installations are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget.
Monitors the jobs production schedule in SAP from the time the ship dates have been established to handover meeting in SAP.
Coordinates order booking and ensures all required documents are present prior to booking.
Manage safety and site access documents of site employees as requested by site managers, customer letters, and coordination of subcontracted workers.
Order approval process, order compliance, scheduling, purchase orders, and reporting.
Responsible for obtaining site completion documents from customers and booking inspections with governing authorities.
Creates and/or coordinates the final layout drawing package and insures 100% conformity between all documents including estimates, abstracts, layouts, and the contract requirements.
Generates purchase orders for vendor, requested material required during the installation process.
