- 7 years of experience analyzing and developing complex business and operational processes in State-Based Marketplaces or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace.
- 5 years of experience in managing projects using a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology containing well defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases, the adherence to which is required and managed by a formal Project Management Office.
- 4 years of daily experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC).
- 5 years of experience working on an IT implementation of the Affordable Care Act, which includes automated Eligibility determination and automatic Enrollment into a chosen plan.
- 4 years of experience in managing software implementation projects or in-house application development (SDLC) projects.
- 4 years of experience managing and maintaining interfaces, which must include: NYS Department of Corrections and Community (DOCCS), Verified Lawful Presence (VLP), Welfare Management Systems (WMS), and New York State and Federal hubs.
