- Perform business analysis and provide subject matter expertise to deliver enhanced and streamlined process and technology solutions
- Create business requirements and other project related artifacts to drive operational workflow enhancements and reengineering projects for multiple stakeholders
- Project management responsibilities include conceptualizing project timelines, reporting of key milestones and prioritizing tasks for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users and sponsors across the organization, to gain alignment on what is wanted/needed and ensure that items in the product backlog and the user stories represent true value to the business
- Aid in production of persuasive, data informed arguments to drive insight and help senior management make informed decisions
- Perform other miscellaneous project leadership tasks as directed by head of Workflow Platform team.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, management consulting, or careers where a similar skillset is developed and demonstrated.
- Experience with process re-engineering preferred but not required.
- Proficient with Agile framework and working on a scrum team as an SME or acting Product Owner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient JIRA Experience operating in an Agile framework.
- Strong Business Analysis skills to gather and document requirements.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- BA or BS preferred, but not required.
- Series 7 preferred, but not required.
