Open to C2C and W2Hybrid and working out of NYC is primary 1 onsite day and 4 days remote a weekJob Summary:Global IT department is looking for an Obsolescence Project Manager consultant. This position has the primary responsibility of managing the Obsolescence Program. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Project Manager to coordinate the relevant teams (Business Lines IT, IT Infrastructure, IT Security): • To risk assess and risk monitor specific asset types and assets • To Client, reconcile and track the assets in scope • To remediate and/or mitigate the obsolete assets (including the proper storage of evidences supporting these remediation and mitigation actions) • To manage the Obsolescence related governance (Steering Committees, operational meetings) • To support Obsolescence controls execution - Being the owner of the Obsolescence Policy and Procedure, ensuring that: • These documents are aligned with the current Obsolescence process and • These documents are being updated them as needed Desired profile: > At least 5 years of experience; >
