Job Description:

Project ManagementExperience of managing projects with at least 2 large scale implementations ($5M+) of IT application development projectsMust have experience in managing fixed bid projects using waterfall and agile methodologiesResponsible for managing project delivery including scope, RACI, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks & communication.Responsible for managing EV and margins of the project throughout the project lifecycleWork with business analyst and client for requirement sign offs and define acceptance criteriaCreate work breakdown structure, project plan to track progress, manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones, risks and issuesWork with Architect and Technical Lead to prioritize and track project releases and act as an interface between the technical team and the clientWork with QA team to define testing strategy, test plan and timelinesPlan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client team to ensure all business requirements are metWork with client for UAT sign off and project release sign offs

Resource ManagementOptimize resource allocation, ramp-up and ramp-downs to ensure project delivery and margins are optimizedWork with onsite and offshore resources to ensure projects are delivered as per the committed timelinesManage team allocate task, manage schedule, and monitor progress regularlyReward and recognize performancePlan and prepare for ad-hoc resource requirements to meet new project requirements or improvements

Communication & CollaborationBe the single point of contact (SPOC) for client, team and various support groupsMap out communication protocol and the points of communication between Nagarro and the client and partnersFacilitate regular communication and coordination involving client team with the rest of the development team and answer questions related to project progress, performance, and decisionsProvide regular status updates to the client via emails, scheduled status meetings, ad-hoc discussions etc.

Risk ManagementManage and mitigate project risks – conduct a risk assessment for the project using the governance guidelines and report an assessment of project health and impending risksIdentify and implement risk mitigation actionsMonitor risks, develop and execute risk mitigation plan at completion of every major milestone including project closure

Change ManagementFollow the change management process to review and accept changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality, as required and get them signed off from the client

Quality ManagementExperienced with planning unit testing, system integration testing, UATs, performance testing, mobility and security testing in projectsResponsible for ensuring the quality of the deliverable and client satisfactionUnderstand the expectations of various stakeholders and seeks to satisfy them: client, users, governance group, senior management, team, support groupsShare testing reports and performance testing results with client for acceptance of application meeting client defined acceptance criteriaDisclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
