Project Manager / Business Analyst (Liquidity/Collateral)

Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst (Liquidity/Collateral) on a long-term contract basis.

• The ideal candidate must have the ability to perform both the Project Management and Business Analysist Role for a variety of Liquidity and Collateral initiatives.
• Ability to flex between Waterfall and Agile Project Management with the skillsets to lead projects across any of those methodologies.
• Candidate will work with Senior Stakeholder within Markets and Treasury across a number of regulatory and discretionary programs to understand root cause and map out solutions.
• Candidate will participate in roadmap projects and maintain the highest standards of reporting within the internal Project Tracking System.
• Pay range is $63-$82 per hour.

• 5-10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with proven success in project management and execution.
• Experience in managing large multi-scrum team Agile projects will be a plus.
• Experience in supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives will be a plus.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues.
• Ability to support a cross-functional project team with varied disciplines.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively within a heavily matrixed organization.
• Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
• Strong technology skills, specifically a background using the following: JIRA (Creation of Scrum Boards, Management of Backlogs, Resource Management); Excel (Creation of Management Reports); MS PowerPoint (Creation of weekly or monthly reporting updates for Senior Stakeholders); Tableau (Ability to creation visualization based on existing Project Management applications).
