Project Manager / Lead Engineer

Location: Binghamton, NY Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager / Lead Engineer to manage process improvement initiatives, as assigned, in support of Networks to promote continuous improvement. Assist in leading and contribute to cross functional teams engaged in problem-solving and/or process development. Executes and/or supports data analytics and KPI development.

• Position reports to the Sr. Manager of Process Enhancement, Technology & Development, working day-to-day in cross functional teams in support of Operational Excellence initiatives in service to the Networks Operating Companies.
• Develop, manage, track and report process improvement initiatives, as assigned.
• Develop and deploy key process improvement indices.
• Develop and deploy process data collection methods and mechanisms.
• Field observation and evaluation process investigations.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• 2-5 years minimum applicable experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to decipher unique technical and analytical problems.
